Prospective, single-centre study in healthy volunteers to establish a reference range for the RAMP Procalcitonin (PCT) test. The primary objective of this study is to establish the reference range for measurement of PCT levels using the RAMP Procalcitonin test.
This clinical investigation is designed to demonstrate the performance characteristics of the RAMP® cardiac tests analyzed on the RAMP® 200 by non-laboratorial Operators at the point-of-care when compared to the results for the same samples analyzed on the RAMP® Reader.
The purpose of this clinical study is to obtain clearance for the nasal swab sample type by demonstrating the performance characteristics of the FLU A+B Test versus standard laboratory culture for Influenza A and B viruses using nasal swab samples.
